  • I'm sorry for your losses. I myself have had a miscarriage and as it was very early on it still was depressing to both of us. It took a few months afterwards to get pregnant and as we were blessed with a beautiful girl, the sadness is still there for that first baby. We weren't expecting to get pregnant right away and we…
  • I had a bad week but decided to update anyways I'm into week 2of t25 beta (going on week3) :-) hoping I can get control on my eating a bit better
  • Being 5'0 and almost the same weight as my fit husband who is 5"11 190 lbs, I was 170, and going into a store clearance and having to buy size 11/12 and only getting 1 pair because the rest were sold out / too small at 5/6 or under. I'm now 6 weeks in , I've lost approx 9lbs from eating better and t25, my pants don't fit…
  • I have the fitbit charge hr I love it! But u gotta get the hr the cheaper ones don't calculate heart rate . :-)
  • I've been eating bad past couple days and I can't really get a good workout in since I injured my foot, can't wait to be back on track , I did better today with eating , my daughter has also been sick and nursing more then usual , all I want is food!
  • Yes I've lost 9lbs in 5weeks , still going although I gotta take it eAsy I hurt my foot, the best way I've seen any results in myself. I actually like the workouts
  • Check out some beachbody workouts. Gyms never worked for me since I have a little one and barely anytime to workout plus I get embarrassed easily . T25 has been my lifesaver!
  • I sucked in on my start but I honestly regret it. I LOVE seeing the difference now even if u keep them to yourself until u make progress and then compare. seeing it is a reminder to keep moving forward

  • I doubt I'll ever get feeling back too. My scar is weird it's small but half is clear the other red. But it's still kinda fresh at 1year. I just want the flap gone which it's getting there as I lose weight. My goal is to be a healthy weight so I can have a vbac. I had a bunch of things going against me with my first…
  • I get gas cramps sometimes right around the scar but it's not always. My husband jokes and tells me let it rip but I can't lol since its on occasion the doc isn't worried. I still get painful contractions too once in a while
  • U look awesome. I'm not fully eating clean but i did knock out a lot of the junk compared to what I was, even added avocado to my diet. I'm living on wraps lol but they are tasty. I love finding healthier takes on my fave food. My downfalls are cheese , tacos, and peanut butter lol
  • I really wanna have a vbac, csection was my last result , failure to progress at 5cm for 8 hrs with pitocin and water broke, she was 8.15lbs and sunnyside up my blood pressure was 50/25 and I was running a fever. Not fun I really want natural next time

  • One week difference in my overhang belly. I'm starting my week 5 of t25 and mfp and wish I could weigh myself because the change looks so drastic to me :-) happy easter all
  • I'm doing t25, ab and cardio workouts are your friend. The mummy tummy is annoying me too , I am covered in stretxhmarks and had a csection so my tummy kinda hangs over. It's starting to get better. I can deal with stretxhmarks but the overhang needs to go. It can be done :-)

  • Looking good! :-) should be very proud
  • My progress the first day of t25 and mfp and then end of week 3of it so far Bottom is what I want gone. I feel sad looking at that lower stomach. I hate 1 piece suits and I hate that stomach even more. Hoping by summer at least 15-20 lbs witll be gone. So far it's 5-8 lbs lost
  • Look into exercise plan that fit ur schedule. And maybe a calorie counter watch (I use fitbit charge hr and t25) seeing numbers and having a goal really put things in perspective. Maybe split ur goal weights into smaller goals , like every 20 lbs, this way it doesn't seem so far out of reach. I loved doing zumba to.…
  • I'm 5'0 my journey has just begun May 2013 I found out we were expecting! I started at 153 lbs (already overweight I was actually trying to lose) I delivered jan 2014 with my weight at about 200 ( damn u crumb cake!) my daughter weighed 8.15lbs 21 inches As of 4weeks ago I weighed 158lbs when I started t25 and mfp I'm…
  • The overhang I wish to lose. I'm on week 3 (well into week 4) of t25 alpha consuming 1450 calories or less daily
  • Wow u look amazing!
  • Fitbit charge hr. No band needed it's all in one, connects to mfp and calculates calories burned via heart rate. I'm in love with it
  • Yay the scar I don't mind and the stretch marks are fading but it's the beer belly type over hang that I hate .
