  • I'm finishing up week 4 of Slim in 6. I really like it so far and it's perfect for beginners! I'm not totally sure if the On Demand is worth the price, but I've been using and paying for it nonetheless.
  • So, I know that you are measuring things out, but I would weigh them instead. For example, if something like chips says a serving is about 13 chips or 1 ounce, go with the ounce. You may over eat or under eat if you don't. 1/4 cup of something may not be the same amount of grams that the serving size says. Hopefully that…
  • I'll look into those, thanks! And yes to League. I'm currently loading into yet another game haha
  • I just got into anime last year. SAO and Toradora! are the first things I watched. Currently watching InuYasha because why not? I'm also watching MY Love Story! and a couple of others as they air. I'm definitely more into stuff geared to a younger crowd. Haha. I'd love some recommendations! I'm also into video games. I…

It's strange because it's not that much different than counting calories (other than free fruits, which for those of you who think…

  • What are you using to measure the calories? Is it the counter on the elliptical? I use a heart rate monitor to get my number of calories burned for workouts. Maybe look into that as a better counter? Another thing to note, based on your height and weight, you aren't going to burn a whole lot. Those numbers are probably…
  • One of my favorites is a recipe that I tweaked to be low cal friendly. It's a crockpot cream cheese chicken taquito recipe. This is my husband's favorite meal that I make, so he asks for it at least once a week. Here's the link to the original place I found it:…
  • Started at the tail end of last week at around 252.1, my highest weight ever. Weighed in this morning at 246 and I'm already feeling so much better.
