Well 128lbs would be overweight so Id say its on the thicker side, plus with my body shape i would consider me to be thick then thin

I thought about doing the sleep test..I'm actually not overweight I have a bmi of 23.something so its not terrible. I could eat a little healthier.

Yep, just had a physical in January. Everything looked good. I do take a multi-vitamin everyday..doesn't seem to help much.

I like using diet teas I find in the organic section at the grocery store. They are usually 10 day cleanses that work really well. They don't make you lose weight, but help clean out your system and they make and keep my stomach flat.
