I struggle at night when I'm winding down with the same issue. If it gets too bad, I'll have a sugar free fruity popsicle. They only have 15 calories and satisfy me.. I ALWAYS have some in the freezer.

haha.. for me, personally, I loathe the BMI. Mine is greater than thirty and I'm listed as obese but my bf% is only 10%. But to answer your question, I think mine is like 34

How long have you been "crossfitting"? I've only been exercising this way for 2 months and I LOVE it. Compared to my old training method/methods, I feel like I've spent the last 20 years wasting time in the gym.
