I would just make a sugar free hot chocolate with 2-3 tsps of unsweetened cocoa powder, 10 oz water, a splash of cream and some sweetener. I usually add a pinch of salt and a dribble of vanilla too. Sometimes I swap out coffee for the water.

I would CUT the carbs and eat more healthy fats. Walk and do free weights. No cardio. I no longer spend my $$$$ at a gym. It just isn't necessary.

I follow a low carb high fat lifestyle and eat chocolate muffins, cake, candy, cheesecake, mousse, beverages, etc, THAT I MAKE, and still lose weight. Lot's of low carb recipes on the Internet! There is no need to feel guilty!

I'm doing low carb higher fat since January and 80 lbs are gone! You are probably carb sensitive like me. I eat at least 1500 calories a day now and do not do a lot of exercises. I just walk. No need to over exercise.
