I'm 5'3" & currently working towards a go of losing 25lbs. Started at 198lbs & currently at 183lbs which is AWESOME! My overall goal is to get down to 130lbs-140lbs but sticking with smaller goals. If any of you ladies would like to add me please feel free. :blush:

First of off you are AMAZING! Get the negative thoughts outta your head & realize you have started on this journey & it will pay off. Also don't worry about a scale right away but rather try measuring yourself. I'd start doing that weekly & logging it in a notebook. Good luck!

I'm not very knowledgeable with holistic medicines & diets but I will say that my DR wanted to put me on birth control to "regulate" my period but didn't hear me when I said that I'm wanting to have a child in the next 2 years so birth control wasn't for me. Hi Hon, You might benefit from meal prepping. A lot of times when you're hungry you don't feel like prepping a salad or washing fruit..you just want a quick drive thru meal or junk food. It's really a mind over matter so I suggest buying the stuff to make a few different things you can just grab & heat. Try drinking more…

I'm sorry if this as already been addressed but I've had a Fitbit HR2 (charge) but didn't like it at all. Got an Apple Watch series 2 a few months ago & LOVE IT. I know that doesn't do you much good if you don't like apple products. Good luck in finding something that works for you & congrats on the weight loss.

I'm sorry it's not possible. I'm sure your doctor doesn't expect you to lose 10lbs in 12 days & if they do expect you to then you need a new doctor. Worst case just delay your surgery. Good luck to you.

I'm 5'2" I net 1200 most days. If you're just starting out give your body time to adjust to the changes. Also I suggest weighing yourself less & tape instead. Keep up the good work & just keep moving.

Honestly if this is the first time or the fifth time it's too dang many. Communication is key though & I'd confront him. See if you both can work past this & grown stronger together. If he isn't willing to right his wrongs then I suggest moving on & keep working towards your goals.
