I had a similar situation with a medication and weight gain then I'd lose and gain some. I will say I find it be be defeating also. I'm trying to determine the best way to track regardless of good and bad and get more exercise while dealing with a desk job and a long commute.

I had done great a few years years ago but the past two years have been horrible! I can see a huge difference in health and want to get back track. Accountability and motivation are key

I need all the extra motivation to get up from my desk @ work, and actually take a break and move. Turning 30 in the next couple months and have a good 50 to 60 to lose...terrified of what turning 30 may do. Bad part is I have put on 20 in the psst year after switching jobs..yuck

Any Motivation is good motivation..they do say it takes 21 days to developed a habit....why does 21 days seem so long
