I'm a nursing mom too. Just had my 1st on Feb 16th. Was cleared to start exercising. I'm exclusively breastfeeding and will pump when I go back to work in a few weeks. Right now I have no supply issues and I want to keep it that way. I'm hungry all the time since breastfeeding and crave sweets.
