  • I don't enter my total steps. I only enter my deliberate exercise. For instance, if I take a 20 minute walk, I enter that under cardio.

  • I have found that my phone is pretty accurate. However, the downside is having to ALWAYS have it on your person to get all of your steps counted. It's been working pretty well for me.
