I've discovered that my lowest weight of the week is on Saturday at 10am.... Don't ask me why, but it is. So, I weigh on Saturday mornings around 10am. I'm usually awake for a couple hours at this point, but haven't eaten breakfast yet.

I LOVE oatmeal! The instant packets are great, BUT they have a lot of sodium in them so I usually go with "Old Fashioned Oats." I like mine "chewy" and the quick oats end up "mushy" so I make it just like it was instant by just adding hot water from the coffee machine at work. My FAVORITE is "Almond Joy Oatmeal." Half cup…

I have two sets of IL's. East Coast and West Coast. We live on the East Coast. The East Coast IL's are atrocious. I knew I'd never get along with my MIL when she invited herself along on our honeymoon and we had to cancel it. My West Coast IL's? ADORE! I miss them so much and can't wait to go back for another visit.

Beef stew???? (I'd like a bowl please lol) How was your sodium yesterday? I find that beef stew tends to be high in sodium which causes water retention. Just drink some extra water today to flush the sodium out and you'll be fine. Oh, and pass me a bowl! :-)

A Can of Tuna, Bag of Frozen Veggies, Little Lemon Juice and Seasonings. Stir Fry! This is enough for two, but even if you eat the whole thing (I usually do) it's only 280-300 calories! And its a LOT of food!

Have a happy period. Mwhahahahaha! LOL As long as I have some minor semblance of energy, I do something. It's no where near the intensity of a normal workout, but I do still try to get a workout in.

Ham and Egg Baskets They are around 150 Calories each (I find one to be pretty good, but you can have 2 for 300 cals). Spray a muffin tin, put in a ham slice, then diced veggies (I use red/green pepper and mushrooms), pour in a beat egg, sprinkle a little cheese. bake for 15 minutes at 350. Breakfast for the week! I try to keep my added sugars (ice cream, cakes, etc.) on the lower side, but I don't care about fruit and veggie sugars.... Soooo, I guess I'm saying they don't matter lol

If I had to wait for Hubby to pump my gas, I have a feeling that I'd be stranded by the side of the road. He does pump it if he is with me, but usually if he is with me, he is driving HIS car not mine.

Maybe mix up your diet make-up... More protein, less carbs, along that line. Additionally, it is probably time to up your calories a little. You might see wome progress by just adding in a protein shake each day.

At the aquarium the other day, some woman with a smoker's accent/tongue piercing was calling for her daughter... Dayum.... say it a few times without moving your tongue. Poor child.
