You need a new wife... JK!!!!! LOL OMG! I think I am in LOVE with this grill! I'm imagining all the delicious steaks my hubby would prepare on it..... Drool...........

I have an omelet every morning made with 1egg + 1egg white, half a slice of provolone, and a slice of deli ham. I haven't banished anything from my diet because for me this is a lifestyle change and there is no way I am giving up cheesecake for the rest of my life! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That said, I like pistachios,…

WOW only 562?! What do you eat? Mine is always pretty high. Even when I don't eat processed stuff it is usually way over the 2500mg setting.Like today. I had an omelet for breakfast, a protein bar, homemade beef stew (sodium from the bouillon I suppose), and tonight I am having homemade meatloaf. With just those things, I…

I also want to point out that for the Lapband, you are required several YEARS of being on a "waiting list" during which time they evaluate your eating habits, exercise habits, and you must show that you have tried some sort of diet/exercise regimine (such as WW) without success. That said, I still don't think it is…

I disagree. I am 5'3" and eat 1940 a day and am losing weight. I weigh a little less than OP, but not much and am only a few years younger.

I LOVE your grandma! :-)

Go to Pinterest and search pregnancy exercise. I've pinned a WHOLE bunch on there! Some are broken down to what exercises you can do each week, and some by trimester.

Oh! Another Fabulous crockpot recipe! Chicken breast, green/red pepper slices and a bottle of italian dressing. serve over rice (or eat as is cause it is delicious!)
-
Chicken Breast, top with box of stove top stuffing, top with a can of cream of chicken soup and 6oz. plain greek yogurt mixed together. My hubby adds a cup a water, but it doesn't need it as too much water will make it soupy. Exactly the same, but with a box of rice-o-roni instead of stuffing. Or my fav, throw a roast in…

Chocolate is an amazing source of iron.... Just sayin'.... I don't know if you take a multi-vitamin, but it could be beneficial to take a multi with iron daily (honestly prenatals won't hurt any woman even if you aren't trying to have a baby or pregnant). This way you'll be a little ahead of the game when the PMSing…

Can't help ya because for me as an accountant that IS fun.... :ohwell:

I was raised in a "follow the recipe" family. Everything exactly measured, etc. When I got married, I watched my hubby cook a few times (just throwing this and that in the pot). Well, now I don't even follow recipes. I sometimes use them as a guideline for what spices should be in it, but I never measure them and usually…

I applaud you on taking the initiative to learn!

Agreed. Three weeks is NOT a plateau. And you need to stick with a "change" in your routine for a few weeks before it will do anything. and a BIG CONGRATS!!!!!!! on your weight loss so far! Job well done! The last pounds will come off if you just give it a little time.

How about 2 out of 4? LOL I can totally do the tax return and the cartwheel eithout even blinking and I sure would be willing to try the other two and with enough practice I probably wouldn't do too bad.. I still hold to the cooking is easy belief. If you don't recognize and ingredient or a "method" the recipe is talking…

Pretty sure the feathers are a good source of fiber

Psst! He means RAW chicken. ;-)

I eat them pretty "raw." I like my oatmeal to be hot so I add hot water from the coffeemaker to them, but I eat them immediately because I like them "chewy" not "mushy." Seriously, add some coconut, some crushed cocoa roast almonds... Amazing!

Mine takes butter, cream cheese, milk, asiago and parmessan cheeses, and a few fresh spices. It takes like 30-45 minutes waiting for the cream cheese to melt with constant stirring, but boy is it worth it! Jarred sauces got nothing on this. I do make an alfredo using heavy whipping cream, but it just isn't as good.
-
My Alfredo Sauce requires constant stirring for clos to an hour. It IS a pain which is why I don't make it very often :-P

I LOVE to cook and am amazing at it. The same is true of my hubby. We cook a weeks worth of meals every weekend.... That said, I do love me some Chicken Voila and just realized that I don't think I have had any in over 3 years.....

Sar-chasm... the distance between your sarcastic remark and the person who doesn't get it.

I would like to double down on sugar please....

"glutenates herself" This has got to be the best phrase of the day!

Actually, if you took the time to read the New Testament, you would see that ALL (yes, ALL including pork) foods were declared clean for Christians to eat. The no-pork thing is a Jewish rule.

How precise can your number be without a HRM at this time?

She don't eatta no meat?... That's okay, I make lamb.... LOL sorry first thing that popped into my head LOL What about eggs? Hardboiled eggs are a great snack. Or Cheese sticks.... Protein shakes are pretty awesome too! And Cottage Cheese, greek yogurt....

I didn't look at your diary, but wanted to point out that the "In place of a roadmap" gives you GROSS calories not NET calories... You should not be recording/eating exercise calories.
