"Healthy" vegetable pizzas are a favourite of mine- use a wholemeal tortilla or pitta bread, spread with a tomato sauce (tomato puree or reduce a tin of chopped tomatoes with some seasoning- that's a protion of veg right there!), then top with whatever veggies you like. Me too! :) I weighed myself yesterday and I'm 8 stone 11 lbs (122lbs). For me, this is very small- I am tall, with a medium-sized build (wide hips and shoulders, big hands and feet!) and at the moment I'm a UK size 6. I used to be a size 10, about 9st 7lbs, and looked a lot healthier. - Good luck everyone with your weight…

Couple of meals from today: Bagel with low fat garlic and herb soft cheese & celery; maize crisps; strawberries Massive salad for dinner: wild mushroom cous cous, kidney beans, spinach, pepper, spring onion, pumpkin seeds & lemon dressing, with a side of carrots & cauliflower (wouldn't all fit in one bowl!)

Hi! I know it is hard, it's difficult to change your mind set and I have a whole world of issues with food and weight so I do struggle at times! And it is hard to eat more when you're already feeling full to the brim, I've seen a lot of people have recommended drinking calories (milkshakes etc.) so maybe that's one idea?

Hi! Sounds like you have the same problem as me- started out trying to lose some, then went a bit too far in that direction! I think it's difficult to get your head around eating more when you've been so focused on losing weight for so long. It's got to be done though!
