Just ignore it! Its easy to tell they've notice you've lost weight and they're just jealous (ik, you probably hear it all the time, but its true). Sounds like she has more weight in her mind then you do on your body, so just remember that you have the capability to be a happy positive person and she doesn't :smile:

Could you invest in a desk cycler? That way you can exersize while at work. Also once it gets warmer try walking or biking to work.

Generally when you do an excersize that uses both limbs the difference in strength isn't enough to really matter. When it comes to lifting weights try to do the same weight on both sides, but focus on pushing your non-dominent (or weak) side more.
