Use cheesecloth or a clean towel and squeeze over the sink. I just twist it until all of the moisture is gone. I've ripped some cheap towels, lol!

This is how I do my regular meatballs to go with marinara Turkey/zucchini meatballs: Shred 1-2 zucchini and squeeze most of the liquid out. Mix with 1lb ground turkey, 1 egg, seasoning, parmesan cheese, and choice of bread crumb. Bake at 425 for 18-20 minutes. Cool and freeze on a cookie sheet (flash freeze). Once frozen,…

My RD several years ago recommended Rainbow Light and I've been using them since. That being said, you want to make sure to eat enough food and not rely on a vitamin instead of eating.

Cook, portion, freeze. Super easy. Cook what you like!

On the iPhone you should have a button that says edit recipe. On the next page you can click on each ingredient to change the quantities.

Skinnytaste is awesome, but I also like www.slenderkitchen.com, www.cookinglight.com, and www.eatingwell.com.

I always use g weighed.

I like them raw or sautéed very quickly. Another option is to use a thick sauce that relies on the water from the zucchini - like adding in some Neufchâtel, powdered peanut butter, or hoisin/oyster sauce. Check out http://inspiralized.com/spiralizer-recipes/ for a ton of recipes.

Www.skinnytaste.com is an awesome resource by also slenderkitchen.com, cookinglight.com, and eatingwell.com.

Upper arms are the last place I lose. I have to be at a lower weight for them to be proportional.

Www.inspiralized.com has some great recipes - some of which are vegan - based on vegetable noodles and vegetable rice. http://inspiralized.com/spiralized-vegan-and-vegetarian-recipe-roundup/

Same, but I don't like it sweetened, which is why I buy it.

I freeze meals in containers (some are one pot, some are divided). I also flash freeze things like meatballs, burger patties, sausage patties, etc. and transfer to freezer bags. Lastly, I freeze sauces in jars or ice cube trays to transfer in bags. It depends on how much of the sauce would be used at a time. For example…

Yep, I am.

With homemade stock, I log store bought.

Our 7-11s always have one diet flavor. Diet lemonade and diet soda are the ones I remember.

I like soups, stews, chilis, curries, stir fries, etc. Anything I can cook, portion and freeze. I stay around 250 calories and I use a lot of vegetables so I can get a larger meal.

I did the single mom thing for years and rarely had time for a lunch break. At least yard work, shoveling, etc is more activity, but one of the things that I still do to save time is batch cook. If I can cook only on weekends, that saves me maybe an hour of cooking/cleaning that I wouldn't have to do everyday during the…

Www.inspiralzed.com. No need to stick with 1-2 veggies!

Same. Almost 10 years and I'll never go back!

Neufchatel is close in stats, so sometimes I'll use that.

I made the original ones last week. They're pretty good, but not sweet and not really like brownies. More like moist healthy fudge http://thebigmansworld.com/2015/10/05/healthy-3-ingredient-flourless-brownies/

I cook soups, stews, chilis, stir fries, curries, stuffed peppers, meatloaf muffins, meatballs, frittatas/egg bakes and either freeze in portions or flash freeze. I just heat and eat what I want.

Estimate each ingredient separately. Add in oil or butter - whatever you think is also contributing to the dish.

We made that for thanksgiving at the in-laws. Well received!

I'm so sorry for your loss. This advice is best - a digital scale will give you more accuracy. Because you don't have a lot to lose, every bit counts.

I like to lift, but I feel very uncomfortable now. It sucks!

I buy frozen peas and corn, and typically the frozen stir fry mix and occasionally the TJ frozen onions and peppers. I also find them to be pretty bland, but that's because of the cooking. I don't like them steamed - fresh only - but I'm used to roasting or eating them as a huge part of a mixed dish. Following because I…

I go to shoprite after Aldi sometimes to get herbs. Aldi is definitely cheaper, although they're both cheaper than the "regular" grocery stores.
