Mine don't peel easily when I cook them in a pot - I've tried so many techniques! I love cooking them in the IP. Actually it's what made me enjoy hard boiled eggs again.

It's almost backwards where I live. Most of the SAHMs I know are pretty darn skinny. I'm on maternity leave right now, but definitely not part of that trend

Breakfast wrap. Ole wellness are a great size and 50 calories each. You can even flash freeze them to warm up each morning.
