I usually eat some kind of jerky or meat stick, but for years and years I ate soup for breakfast.

Cook, portion, freeze. You have months to eat it.

I usually use the whole foods pizza entry. It's a similar style.

Start counting from 6pm-6pm. That way you can adjust your morning meals based on the previous night.

I always get plain steamed chicken and broccoli. I ask for tamari and chili or sesame oil.

Mine don't peel easily when I cook them in a pot - I've tried so many techniques! I love cooking them in the IP. Actually it's what made me enjoy hard boiled eggs again.

It's almost backwards where I live. Most of the SAHMs I know are pretty darn skinny. I'm on maternity leave right now, but definitely not part of that trend

For pizza, we food saver each individual piece and freeze

I cook, portion and freeze. Then I have plenty of time to eat it, and many different choices.

Breakfast wrap. Ole wellness are a great size and 50 calories each. You can even flash freeze them to warm up each morning.
