What are some good recipes (or places to find recipes) for people who just don't have the time? I tried meal prepping before but failed. I spent 5 hours prepping for the week and by Wednesday it was gross. I'm looking for low carb diets mostly. HELP

Cook, portion, freeze. You have months to eat it.

You can buy precooked and seasoned chicken breasts and pop them in the microwave. They are good with a side of veggies or on a salad. Preseasoned frozen salmon portions are easy and available in the frozen section at most grocery stores. Just pop them in the oven and serve with a veggie on the side. Most stores have pre-cut veggies, salad kits, or you can buy them frozen. Eggs are a cheap and easy protein. Throw some spinach, onions, tomatoes, etc... in an egg scramble and you have a quick and healthy meal.
