I hope so! I have to drive a lot of work, which never allows me to start any type of routine! And routine helps a lot in my opinion so you can plan work outs and meals but I can never do that! Good luck too you as well!

Ha! This explains me as well! I stopped using my fitness pal for the reason I change phones a lot. About ever 6 months or so.
