OK, yes I am finally here and ready to go. Today went well. I stayed below my calorie intake, but eat enough. Struggled during the morning because I like to pick. Do not eat much during the meal but graze all day--Bad, BAd, BAD!! One day at a time--but could use your encouragement--God is with me and I hope your there too.
