Good morning everyone!!!! I just started a "mom strong" challenge on here. Go to community then challenges and then look for mom strong! I am a mom of 3. (5,3&7months) down 50lbs so far! Still some work to do. Hope to see you guys on the challenge!

Hello! Can I join this awesome goal setting thread? This is a great Idea tbolasana!!! I LOVE all things lists, so listing out my daily goals is something I do regularly, but knowing someones going to ask me if I met them may kick me into high gear to get them done!

Damn, you are really anti - beach body huh? lol and the poster didn't really suggest a diet plan. The OP asked for peoples opinions and this was ccjlgrider opinion on what worked for him/her.

CatB409, If you don't mind me asking, what is your daily calorie goal? Are you splurging on junk food, or are you just finding it hard to stay within your calorie goal in general?
