Meaning naturally occurring caffeine from plant sources as opposed to synthetic caffeine produced in laboratories and manufactured in factories. I think it's pretty obvious why natural caffeine would be better for you, but if your not sure, synthetic caffeine is made by a chemical synthesis of urea as the raw material.…

I use Energize and I love it! 800mg of Beta Alanine, green tea provides natural caffeine, and it is sweetened with stevia so no artificial sweeteners!

I use Energize. It's more natural, I'm able to take it while breastfeeding and it definitely gets the job done. For those saying use coffee as a pre-workout, ummm not the same thing. At. All.

It will be a place where we can share recipes, meal plans, workouts and celebrate each other's successes along the way. Let me know if you would be interested! Thanks for the support guys!

I'm not sure what you mean by be wary? Have you had a bad experience? There's really nothing to be "wary" about. It is fitness, nutrition and teaching people to take charge of their own lives and work hard, while giving them the tools to do so. It's not like it's a magic weight loss scheme or pill. Congrats on your new…

This! Exactly this!

How's it going? Have you been able to get any workouts in with the family visiting?
-
Great job getting your exercise in!!!! Sometimes when our eating gets off track it is hard to find the motivation to work out.
-
Of course you can! Welcome!
-
Its really what feels best for you. My 'normal' BMI says I can go as low as 115!!! I would look horrible at 115. I know that, for me, I start to not like how it looks once I get any lower than about 135.

Great goals! What kind of community event? I have done a couple of titan/mud runs. They were SOOOO much fun!

[/quote] I am starting this morning at 140.2. I definitely need to take some pictures as I won't be getting much feedback from the scale at this point! Today I plan to get in a hilly walk on the treadmill. I have a few different circuit workouts I am going to try and fit in. (15 min. Betty Rocker workout plus a 12 minute…

What's lite n easy? I started Monday 12th at 148. So 143 goal by Christmas. Not going to be easy, especially because it's only Wednesday and my mother in law has already sent over homemade scones and butter cookies!

Morning everyone! So, had a mini meltdown last night over something silly, and was feeling like I was failing as a grown up. lol What could have easily turned into stress eating for me, didn’t. So small victory for me. There are a ton of awesome slow cooker recipes going on in my Facebook group right now but I wanted to…

Hello, and welcome to the group! Working nights are so tough. My sister was a RN on nights for three years and it really took a toll on her mentally and physically. It's hard to get on an eating schedule too. What is your current eating schedule like?

It is always hard to get back into the routine! Then once you do, your like "why was this so hard, I knew I would feel great for doing it" A body in motion stays in motion, so let's get in motion! After a tummy bug I haven't worked out in like a week! I promise to get my workout in TODAY! What workouts did you enjoy doing…

Good morning ladies!!!! What are everyone's starting weights as of today? I also encourage everyone to take before pics and measurements so they can see how far they have progressed throughout this challenge! I'm also running a free 5 day Crockpot group over on Facebook this week, so I'll post some recipes for ideas here…

Thank you so much! Seriously, those are very kind words, and I'm proud of you for having that conversation with your son. I know it can probably be a little awkward and may have even made you feel down about recognizing out loud that it does hurt your feelings. I commend you for that. If you ever wanted to chat more,…

It's funny how words from a 6 year old can hurt like hell! After I had my youngest, My 5 year old said "I thought after you had the baby your tummy would go down. You still look like you have a baby in there".......... probably due to hormones, I instantly started crying and she then got upset, that she had upset me but…

Thank you 2011rocket3touring!

Thank you so much! I know it sounds silly, but putting myself out there to be judged can be really intimidating at times, but comments like that make it worth it. I know it only took 1second of your time, but it made a huge impact :) so, thanks! Hope your having a great day so far!

Yay! Well, welcome everyone!!!! Thedestar your little ones are all so close in age to my little ones!!! So even though I regularly run weight loss groups on Facebook, I've never ran a group on MFP.
