I have a cousin who only ate one meal a day for a bit. That one meal would be big and that's all she ate until the next day. She did end up losing weight, but I stand by healthy, balanced, portion meals.

I weigh almost daily, but I usually only log it once or twice a week. Watching my weight fluctuations helps to keep me in perspective. I can see when I've had a good (or bad) couple of days and stay (or get) on track.

I have had that feeling plenty of times! I've learned that I should drink more water, reevaluate why I want to eat at that moment, and keep healthier, more filling snacks in hand (ex: nuts, fruits, and veggies).
