Lol thank you, yeah I had a guy ask me the other day if I'm from England. He fell off the elliptical and glanced over at me, I took my headphones out and told him not to worry, I did the same thing yesterday, forgetting I have an accent, after that he kept talking to me lol

I haven't list much weight since going to the gym, but I definitely feel smaller and I enjoy cardio so much, I think I'm addicted already lol

I used to go at 6am before work when I lived in England, it was always dark still lol, it's 6am now in Indiana, it's dark right now lol

Around 8am after the kids go to school, depending on if my gym buddy is ready or not, I usually have to wait an hour for her to get ready lol, so more like 9am most days lol

I have some Naproxen here, I may take one after my oatmeal, I'll call the doctor later today. Damn I wish I still lived in England sometimes with the free health care lol

Ok thank you, I'm 35, morbidly obese and fairly unfit, I let my heart rate go between 140-170 during cardio at the gym, I sweat a LOT. So I'm doing it right then :smile:

True, my hip was giving me issues for a few days but it seems ok now. I am obese, I do 20 mins on the upright bike 6 mets, 20 on treadmill, just walking, 5 mets, and another 20 on the lower bike 8 mets. Overall I burn between 550-750 calories depending on my effort

I don't do any vigorous workouts, I do an hour of cardio at a pretty slow pace as I'm so obese (5'3" 242lbs) my heart rate gets to about 150, I only go level 3 pace on the treadmill At most, maybe 3.5 on occasion, level 4 incline at most too and I sweat like crazy on that lol

My brother flew over from England a month ago to stay with me and my husband for a while and he's driving me CRAZY!!!! He will always be single, napping, burping, farting like he does lol and wash a bloody cup up ffs!!!! Arghhhhh Thank you lol
