Thank you, I think he will now, he looked terrified! lol I don't want him to go too easy though, he was over the top yesterday because I showed up late, once this happened you could see the regret all over his face. I cried like a child, lip quivering and all.

Exactly sinister and ungeneric, thank you

I didn't realize you could only post in here if there's a question.

Thank you, he keeps telling me how I'll find things easier and see big differences soon enough. I felt different, you know when yo just know, you feel it, so I asked him to show me the before pic from 3 weeks ago, he said I won't see a difference yet, but when he looked he was big time excited that there was a clear (to…

I just wear my usual granny knickers, I couldn't not wear any, he works me so hard that I feel like I've wet myself I'm sweating so bad and already feel like I'm leaving vag marks on the equipment, I'd feel so self conscious if I went without anything under my leggings, but then again I sweat through it all anyway lol

That's brilliant!!! Makes me feel better about my alarm going off in an hour for the gym lol
-
That's what I was thinking, thank you

They say it takes about six weeks to heal, it is major surgery, I'd wait a couple of weeks to be sure and start off light. Congratulations

Also I've not lost any weight since working out with him, I'm wondering if it's because I'm building muscle? The day after 200 squats I couldn't move lol
-
I almost started singing out loud when I first started, too much karaoke previously I suppose lol

Yeah I mean I set my desired weightloss at 1.5lbs per week because I want to do this properly and keep it off, not drastically with a quick fix, I'm looking for long term success and lifestyle change. Perhaps I'll do 45 mins of cardio for the rest of the week any maybe some stretches on the Wii fit or something too, and…

Ok thank you, new at this lol
-
Macros? Been working out for a couple of weeks, calorie counting since March 11, lost 11lbs

Tiny I'm not lol, I'm 5'3" and 245 lbs

Ok I figured, the 1500 was given from a fitness friend, not MFP, she's recommended I increase my net to 1200

60 mins cardio at the gym and some weights for my arms 6 days a week
-
Good point
-
I mean I feel a little smaller but I'm not losing much
-
Oh ok I kind of do that anyway at the gym lol
-
I always called it a crosstrainer before I moved to the U.S. Then once I moved here I didn't know what an elliptical machine was lol

Bike 20 mins level 7 Treadmill 20 mins 3mph level 4 incline Lower bike 20 mins level 9 3x10 biceps curls 3x10 triceps curls

Definitely do it, my arms are hurting today after weights, so I did them again today lol
-
That's a really good point, I see them often but never pay them any mind, couldn't tell you the color of their hair, their size, what they're wearing or anything lol, yet I've always felt the same way as OP
-
I just go by what the bike or treadmill tell me, I have no idea what I lose by lifting weights do I don't log it as a calorie burn. I do an hour of cardio and burn anywhere between 550-750 depending on my resistance and effort. My gym buddy usually burns about 200 less than me because she doesn't incline on the treadmill…

LOL

I didn't know that, that's good to know :)
-
I've been doing an hour of cardio six days a week, maybe I should do less for a couple of those days and do more weights on those days instead?
-
I don't know what that is?
-
I'm clumsy and awkward too, I think working out is helping me be more stable, for example I don't fall over anymore when trying to put on pants lol ;)
