Hubby is worried

I'm REALLY tired all day after working out. I burn roughly 600 calories and my goal is 1500 calories which brings my net to only 900 calories.
Could this be why I'm so tired and not really losing any weight?

I mean I feel a little smaller but I'm not losing much0

What are you doing for exercise and how long are you doing it?0
-
60 mins cardio at the gym and some weights for my arms 6 days a week0

Definitely. You need to eat back your exercise calories to meet your goal. MFP calculates that calorie goal based on your stats that you input, and your weight loss per week goal, not factoring in any exercise. You want to NET that number.
900 calories a day is far too little. Make sure you eat back healthy things after your workout though (protein and nutrition-dense foods)!0 -
You should net to your GOAL...0

Agreed. Eat a little more. Get enough sleep. Eat balanced macros, and In mircos watch your iron intake! If that is too low you can become anemic, which is common for female dieters.0

Ok I figured, the 1500 was given from a fitness friend, not MFP, she's recommended I increase my net to 12000

It could be why you are tired. Eating too little is not a reason you wouldn't lose weight.
How long have you been at this?0 -

Ok thank you, new at this lol0 -
Try cutting back the exercise a bit, until you reach a point where it doesn't exhaust you for the rest of the day. Then you can ramp it back up as you build endurance.
Plus what everyone says about food and macros.
2 lb/week should really be the top of any weight loss range, Biggest Loser contestants notwithstanding. You're losing plenty.0 -
Yeah I mean I set my desired weightloss at 1.5lbs per week because I want to do this properly and keep it off, not drastically with a quick fix, I'm looking for long term success and lifestyle change. Perhaps I'll do 45 mins of cardio for the rest of the week any maybe some stretches on the Wii fit or something too, and eat a little more (wow I NEVER. In a billion years thought I'd ever have to say that lol)0
