    High Intensity Interval Training.

    Example: Run at a slow to moderate pace for 2 minutes, then sprint for 15 seconds, then back to moderate for 2 minutes, then sprint for 15 seconds. Rinse/Repeat for 15 minutes. Just an example.

    High Intensity Interval Training.

    It's a method of working out with short bursts of extremely intense activity. For Example, VO2 max training where a person sprints 3-5 times at increasing percentages of their max sprint speed for like ten seconds is a form of HIIT.
