Hard work is paying off...

I'm at a resort by the pool. A man (worker) stops me and says "you are ripped" I had to have him repeat himself because I didn't hear or understand what he said. He asked me what my diet was and if I lift weights. He said he used to lift professionally. He asked if I have used the weight room here. I said "no because it isn't really open at a time that is convenient for me to go". He gave the code and said he was the owner and I could go anytime I want to. And if anyone says anything to tell them he said it was ok. It's nice to know all my hard work is getting noticed. It makes passing the junk food for better choices and waking up early for a run worth it. I don't see the difference as much as other people seem to but getting more compliments at 41 then I did at 31 is rather flattering.
