First ever comment- nervous but I'll give it a go! SW- 144lbs GW- 133lbs (maybe tough if wanting to add weights in?) PG- to add in strength training & to run 5k in 30mins NG- to up my proteins (i'm veggie) & on bad days to 'cheat clean'
