I hate to say it, but soooo worth it for that one time, lol. A close friend said you can get a smaller size and it's closer to the 300 Calories I was thinking originally.

If I go over by 400 Calories I usually just walk a little extra or make sure to burn 100 Calories working out the next couple of days. It's normal to slip up every once in a while, I wouldn't stress over it too much.

I kept my hands busy and chewed on crunchy snacks, carrot sticks and celery, stuff like that. Walking helps, especially when you realize you can breathe again :smile:

Prepping meals will help if you weigh everything you eat. I got a scale from Walmart on sale (about 10 bucks), you get quicker at weighing your foods the more you use it.

I have a stationary bike, a yoga mat (do some yoga after cycling to stetch everything out), some dumbells and kettlebells. I use fitnessblender so I do mostly body weight exercises. Hope this helps. You really don't need a lot as long as you push yourself.

I don't know if it was mentioned, but I love to slice them into fingers and then add some oil(usually whatever I have at the time), chili powder and pepper. Then I shove 'em into the oven. Sweet potato caramelizes nicely.
