Water weight, fluctuations due to hormones (think menstruation and the weeks leading up to) can cause some fluctuation (including abdomen bloat, breast size, lower body water weight, etc). Depending on what you ate, or drank, if you went out for drinks or maybe didn't drink enough water can cause weight changes. Heck, if…

I have a Doctor that has recomended seeing a naturopath to help with symptoms. I don't know if you have to pay to see one, but they usually have someone that specializes in menopause/perimenopause. Sometimes it takes some trial and error to figure these things out.

If you find the cold water helps, do it. My perimenopause hot flashes were extreme so my gyno put me on alysena 28 (oral birth control). It helps alieviate a few different symptoms so I feel a little more normal for my age, but it's probably not for everyone. Hope this helps, and goodluck!

A slower loss would be much healthier and sustainable. Even 20 pounds in 30 days isn't realistic.

Once a week. I don't own a scale, but when I visit family on the weekends I weigh myself there.
-
I would. I hope you get this sorted soon, good luck :)

Have you seen a GP to make sure there isn't another underlying problem to make your abdomen protrude?

Face, waist and back tend to lose first. Arms and thighs last.

There's Gardien Veggie Burgers - 110 calories each, rice based. I really liked them, they have visible vegetables in the pattie and they're spiced similarly to sausage.

I quit almost 2 years ago (smoked for 6 years) and I think it's different for everyone. The smell of cigarette smoke makes me physically sick, so it's easy to stay away from, while my boyfriend found it very difficult to quit, he vapes now to help.

If you're on PC and click on their name, a box will pop up, click on their name again to see their full profile. A green button on that page should show up as "add friend". Hope this helps, not sure about app.

I enjoy the Fitness Blender workouts on Youtube, but other than that I just use MFP to keep track of everything.

We try to mix it up over here as well, stepson can be picky. Honestly, you don't need to eat chicken every night, but if you want to (we don't eat pork and have mostly cut out beef), I would mix up your sides, and try to flavour the chicken. We try different pasta salads(veggie pasta or smart pasta) over here with veg…

I usually eat back half right after a workout so I'm not eating the fridge the rest of the day.

You're doing great! You can do it :)

Dropping your Calories too low could cause you to binge once the diet is over causing weight gain. I wouldn't chance it, it's not a permanent weight loss choice.

I try not to buy bread, but as a treat every once in a while I get the Dempster's Ancient Grain Quinoa bread, I love cinnamon toast.

I can agree with you on both accounts there, haha.

I always think about my cardiovascular health and where I want to be fit-wise down the road. Keeps me motivated.

That's awesome! Great job.

I'm not as endowed, but I find the ones from La Vie en Rose strap me down well enough, and retain elasticity.

I think so, but I don't think it's as popular in the States.

Oh definitely! I see that you buy Tim Horton's? Are you Canadian, mind if I add you?
