I've been on plans before, where non-starchy veggies are free, I would count them sometimes and if you have some and you don't want to count it, leafy greens but I make smoothies so I put fruit in there too so I'm going to count it.

I make smoothies I keep the fiber, so I get some fruits and veggies. but that's just part of my calories, I like to chew my food also

I believe in calorie cycling. That's what I did a couple months ago, I was only on for a month. I just think it's good for me, some days I had, lower, some days s little higher gonna do that again, some days I can manage with less, and some, I need a little more.

Hi Mike, I just started today, after a month off, it's hard to get back, but my mind is made up today. I have at least 50 to 70 lbs to lose. We can do this!!! I joined this site on Friday, managed to get logging today.

Hi, I got my nutribullet a few months ago. I make several kinds and varieties. I use some spinach and kale, few baby carrots, half banana, an apple, stalk celery. Hi, I'm not mastering the losing weight yet, but I bought and use everyday a nutribullet, and make green drinks and green soups all the time, otherwise, I never get fruits and veggies in me.
