@loveshoe do you mind if I ask your age and heighth? I really appriciate the feedback. I've been losing 1-2 lbs per week, which I'm happy about. I just wish I could get my head to catch up with my stomach.

@loveshoe thank you so much for the encouragement. Today has definitly been better. When did you have surgery?

I received my caramel premere protein shakes today. I heated it in the microwave and added decaf coffee and I loved it. Tastes a lot like a caramel latte. Was really nice since it is only 0 degrees here.

I've been just using the vita fusion gummies from Costco. I will have to keep taking those until I find something else. I was just hoping to find a…

@jcavanna2 I just ordered tye Celebrate chewable vitamins. I will try and remember to post on here after I try them and let you know what I think. @Stephaniev51697 i purchased a Chefman airfryer. I found it at target.
-
@jcavanna2 yes the chicken was crispy. I actually tried brussel sprouts tonight and I think I should have wrapped them in tinfoil because it burned them.
-
I purchased and air fryer at Shopko and actually did the chicken nugget recipe on bariatric eating. I really liked it. I haven't cooked anything else in it for me yet, but my family has been cooking in it and they love it. I am going to try brussel sprouts and parmasean cauliflower in it tomorrow.
