At least I let people have there own opinions cuz apparently you guys think if someone doesn't think the same as you that suddenly they are incorrect! That's okay with me everyone's different!

  • I mean just spend some time actually eating healthy, with a caloric deficit, and train to the best of your abilities before jumping into under 50g carbs a day. Not that I have anything against low carb, it's just an opinion no need to get worked up about it :p
  • I co I completely agree you may have metabolic damage from low calories, and your body could be going into starvation mode for going low carb for a long time. I also noticed my metabolism slow down during intermittent fast because you eat fewer meals a day, not sure if that's true or not..

  • Why go straight into low carb before even starting? You don't have to cut out carbs if you don't have to and it's nice to have that extra energy in the gym.
  • Honestly if your a newbie you shouldnt be thinking low carb yet, pay your dues first and just eat a balanced diet.
  • Obviously she doesn't need to lose weight but she wants too.. do you do any kind of strength training because it looks like you could use some extra muscle lol. Do some core training for 15 mins 2 or 3 times a week and I bet your stomach will start to get toned. Also you have to be way more consistent.. stop doing cheat…
  • That is fine for low carb but you gotta bump up your fat intake so you have energy for your body to use, your body will then learn to burn fat as energy more efficiently. Make sure on the weekends or a couple days a week you raise your carbs high to replenish glycogen so you don't lose a bunch of muscle!
  • It would work for weightloss just probably not a very healthy way of doing it.. also I don't think the people on this diet are exercising so those extra calories are well needed to get you through your workout!

  • Half the time when your hungry your actually thirsty.. if thats not the issue then just bump your calories up a couple hundred a day and your weight loss should slow down.
  • Have a 500cal deficit everyday and eat healthy all the time... Start counting calories everyday and if you don't lose the weight your not training hard enough.

  • I agree, eating like that really screws up your metabolism and your body's gotta be going in starvation mode with that low cals.. definatly gunna burn alot of fat tho.. and muscle lol
