I would google physical therapy exercises there r tons free all over the internet. Target muscle groups. Go on YouTube search daily workouts post baby or whatever you want and just check their form and practice. Create your own workout. There SO much you can do without the gym and equipment you just gotta do the research.

Good job! You look amazing. Smart to outsource your doctors. I love reading stories like this because it just shows how fell western medicine isn't always the answer and how determined one person can be n make such a change. It's scary when your not entirely sure and having to rely on medical advice. Great job!

My favorite is peanut butter banana oatmeal almond and some almond milk. It's soooo delicious. I limit myself though cuz it's got a lot of carbs. Great smoothie for post workout though

Ah I feel the same!! Weight is a number but that number is what keeps me motivated. I weigh myself every day or every other day. It keeps me from saying screw it and engaging in all those delicious unhealthy foods
