  • Hello Ladies I am 46 and looking to loose 20-25 lbs and need some friends like me to help me along the way. I also like my night time snacks Does anyone know what the proper amount of Calories / Protein / Fat / Carbs we should be set at for weight loss? I currently have mine set at 1200 then the 45/35/25 (Carb/protein/fat).
