I don't follow paleo, but I did do the whole30 last year, my go to breakfasts were eggs, bacon, sautéed Zucchini with ghee and garlic, steak...anything that sounds good it doesn't have to be a "breakfast" food. Good luck.

I went from 210 - 185 in almost 3 months. I think 8-10 pounds will be more doable...but I don't think it's wise to put a time limit on weight loss. Just do your best everyday!

I've done it twice. I lost weight both times and my allergies and sleeping got better during it. I also found out I am sensitive to dairy. I hit it a month ago! The last 2 pounds felt like it took forever!!!! I totally understand! I'm on to the 180's now and again I'm inching slowly. Every 10 pounds it's the same waiting game!! You'll get there stick with it!!!

Make everyday a great one and you'll feel fabulous when you get to university regardless of if you're 8 pounds or 1 stone lighter! Everytime I set deadlines, I set myself up for failure and then I fall off the wagon. So careful!! Good luck at Uni!

I don't use the water, but I weigh my food and the label doesn't give a weight for the undrained product. So that's my issue.
