Honestly I just plan to keep logging. As soon as I stop honestly logging, my weight stops going down (surprise surprise).

I just lost the will to do it. But I feel it again. The motivation to get it done!

I try to workout before work. Even if it's just 10 minutes. That way I get it out of the way. If I have an early morning I just do jumping jacks and some body weight exercises before my shower. It makes me feel good and gets me energized for the day!

I found that I got diet fatigue really bad after about 6 months (40 pounds down). I started to not be as detailed or consistent with my logging. After I started to weigh and log everything again (no little bites of this or that), the weightloss picked up where I left off.

When I first started I just started logging food. I didn't necessarily cut calories, I just started logging. Since then I dropped my calories, lost some weight, maintained at the weight i got to, and now I'm starting to lose again. I just didn't stop logging. You just have to start and keep going. You got this!!

I did this, I didn't realize how dizzy it would make me! Haha. I think I did it too fast.

Done! I decided to switch out the "warm" bedding for the "cool" bedding and did some extra dusting.

Alright, I got a grill the last week and I've been playing with it. So today I'm making a grilled veggie side we've never had. Me and the main squeeze are power walking to the store and back (1 mile away)! Let's do this!!

I have a small scale I keep in my purse. I bring it everywhere (work, restaurants, friend's homes, family homes). I personally don't say anything while I weigh my food so most people don't realize it, those who do, ask, and I explain. I have never had an issue with this.
