Perfect timing. I just logged in after 3 years! Gained 3 lbs, but goal weight is exactly 30 lbs from today's weight.
I'm doing Whole 30, so not counting calories but eating super clean. Super excited, and feelinf extremely positive!

I'd love to join this challenge! I'm a newbie to doing MFP Challenges, but this sounds perfect. I had 35lbs to lose and I am down 10 so far. I'm currently running 3 days a week, walking the rest of the days, doing IF, and keeping calories in check.

Will do my first weigh in next Friday (I never weigh this late at night)

I'm in! I've got a desk job so activity is a challenge. I wear my fit bit and it helps me keep moving! I started MFP at the end of April and have made progress but I want to keep going! I like challenges as I compete against myself and they hold me accountable and I not only get support and encouragement but I can give others support and encouragement. Fridays are my weigh-in days so I am glad they are for this challenge. We can do this!

I'm in! I dropped from 260 to 194 by going to a woman's Bootcamp and eventually switching to Orange Theory Fitness plus cutting back on caloric intake. Now doing a modified Atkins to try and trim fat! Needs to drink more water!

I'd like to join this challenge aswell! I switched from a highly active career because I couldn't do it anymore...to basically a desk job and I'm also going back to school. Combine that with bad eating habits and being lazy in general and I gained all this weight.
