I wish you all the luck. Of you've done it once, you can do it again! But I don't know what calculator you're using if it's saying your BMI is in the overweight range at 130. Unless your 5 foot and under 130 is in a healthy range.

Only one pound?! You should go look at what one pound looks like. That's awesome. Plus you're moving the scale the right direction! Don't get discouraged. You're doing amazing!

I don't think you need to necessarily hit 1,670 everyday (though you should try to). Regardless you should never be under 1,200 for the day though. So yes, 800 for the entire day would be bad.
