Okay I see!!!! Well that's awesome your losing weight first of all!! I have a problem with snacking all day on little unhealthy things like chips, candy, sweets etc.... I feel like the foods on here aren't accurate and you said the ones WITHOUT the star are??? Awesome thanks for feedback!!!

Right.... I totally hear you. So now with that being said I should probably get myself a heart rate monitor, and record. I see a lot of people with that at the gym, but my thought was why because they have them on almost every machine ya know.

Have less salts, like way less. Salt keeps fat in your body, also sugars. Try to not have any sweets or anything white. Sugar will tell your body not to burn any fat. Especially at night. Also have lots of water and do 45 min of cardio daily.

Sounds awesome. Thank you for that. I noticed that under the calorie intake section we can jot down our fav foods and their calories that way we don't have to go searching. I'm most definetlybgoing to do that. Anyhow, I eat the same things most of the time lol thanks!!!!

I personally leave my coconut oil in my hair all day on Sunday. I wash it out Monday Morning.I use shampoo twice and then condition it. But I never leave it in my hair because it makes it greasy even just a small spoon full. It goes a long way.... if u wAnt a nice light oil for your hair try sweet almond oil.

Everything takes time :) but I highly suggest it to those with high cholesterol and or high blood pressure. Coconut oil has nothing but good acid fats and is very good for you internally. I would say do more research and go with your best instinct. Good luck!! :)

You need to have about 400 calls for lunch n dinner.... breakfast about 300. Snacks 100-150. Work out 6 days a week. 1 he cardio and every other day 40 min weights and 25 min cardio. That's what I did and in 5 months I lost 40 lbs
