In that case, I'm sure you'll find it somewhere. Asian grocers are a goldmine for vegetarian food

Not sure where you are, I'm in Australia. I bought it from an Asian grocery store in Sydney. Not sure if Lamyong products are available outside Aus.

^ This recipe is basically what I do, except i use a tea towel and tongs to squeeze out the liquid. You really have to get as much out as possible, or the base will fall apart.

Mate, this was never a matter of "clean" or "dirty" food. And the ingredients are clearly listed on the packaging in the photo.

I had vegetarian 'ribs' and a salad ^_^

Thanks for your reply, yarwell. I'm in Australia, though I'm not really that concerned about it anyway, was just curious. Oh, and the rib 'bone' is made from sugarcane sticks, so that could also account for the high fibre. Anyway, they taste good, so I'm happy

Being a vegetarian for 9 years now, I've tried a lot of "fake meats". While I don't eat as much as I used to, Quorn is probably the one I use the most. Compared to other packages mock meats, it is fairly low calorie, and I find it very filling. I love the fillets because I can cook them in different sauces or just eat them…

SEITAN! I make it from scratch and use it to make jerky, steaks, sausages, mince...... Other than that, Chobani yogurt (massive amount of protein per tub), tofu, eggs (especially the cartons of just whites) and the occasional pre-packaged fake meat.

I'm 20, also from Australia, with similar goals. I started at 84 and am currently at 76, looking to get to 60-65  I'm looking forward to getting a cute bikini from H&M for summer, and not covering it up with a t-shirt and shorts!

Checking in from Sydney

Coconut oil spray, skim milk and carrots :)

1.What's your goal weight. 60kg or 132lbs 2.Why did you choose that goal weight. It's an even number (in metric, that is).. I like *tidy* numbers 3.Do you have more than 1 goal weight. My halfway goal is 70kg (154lbs) 4.What's the highest weight you never want to go over. Never ever want to be in the 80s (176lbs+) again…

I'm 20 and I would've been in my 2nd year of uni if I hadn't quit lol (fine arts = not for me). When I started I gained a few kilos, I think mainly because I used to walk past a bakery on my commute :p I'm going to study my nursing degree next year, which is a big part of why I want to lose weight now.

Not a night shift worker, but I don't really eat specific meals (breakfast lunch etc) If you click the MY HOME tab, then go to Settings, then Diary Settings, you can change the title of the meals. I have mine set as spans of time, such as 5am-8am, 8am-11am, etc. You could do something similar, then you can just log your…

I said no to eating just hot chips for dinner, instead I had a salad and a sensible portion of hot chips.

Peppermint works great for me too. I've never had prescription medication for IBS, but I found Mintec tablets worked really well for calming a rumbly tummy, and Imodium for when you've got the runs :s

I've had IBS-D since I started high school (I'm 20 now), and I have yet to discover any food triggers. However, anxiety is a major trigger for me, which made my final two years of school (HSC exams, etc) completely awful. Alcohol is another (I don't drink at all) and it seems to flare up during my TOM. As for treatment, my…

I've been using my WiiFit balance board. It seems to be reasonably accurate.
