I know it's hard - I struggle a lot - but I keep starting over and over - I figure one day I will stay focus on the my goal I constantly read success stories - so I know you can do it serious take one day at a time seriously it's not easy and the struggle is soooo real - push thru

I'm having the same problem. I made myself sick this weekend with binge eating. I feel helpless and my boyfriend doesn't help, I feel like he enjoy watching me stuff my face. I know I can't blame anyone but myself but it would be nice to have someone help me control my eating. I'm depress at this point because my stomach…

Ok - I'm willing to accept any advice - this was the reason for my post (something I never do) but at the rate I'm not getting anywhere

That is how I did it before - i exercise everyday and counted my calories - my weight comes off pretty fast - my current issues is sticking to it

My goal is 1.5 to 2lbs a week.

Yes - I know - I did it before - I counted every calorie and exercise - and felt great - but for some reason I'm having a hard time - sticking to it this time around (I got into a relationship- and put all the weight back on )
