Amazing results. Well done mate. I wouldn't worry about BMI if you lift heavy. Body fat percentage/weight on the scale/mirrors are probably more accurate indicators. I think even Arnold Schwarzenegger's BMI would have been considered morbidly obese at his peak. Don't give it a second thought.

Optimal Nutrition or a UK company called My Protein. Fairly low calories and decent protein (21g) per scoop. Both mix well and have plenty of flavours. Very trusted brands. Try to stay away from anything you can buy in a supermarket (overpriced and they use fillers making the content misleading and inaccurate).

That domestic life. I don't think he's intentionally trying to wind you up though. Maybe try to pre-empt his colossal Fu*k ups and try to build them into your overall calorie/macro goals. :)

Also, On the drive home I sometimes go through in my head how I could have pushed myself harder or made slight improvements. I would question the circumstances leading up to a good or a bad workout. I used to really beat myself up over this, but now I'm just happy to be doing something I enjoy and still improving.
