  • Don't be sorry! Sharing your story could help other people. Your best bet is to keep mostly healthy stuff inside the house. Popcorn is good, too; I recommend 100 calories pop. Delicious and fills me right up. If you feel like you are going overboard, stop immediately. A good recipe (very easy and delicious, low calorie.)…

  • I don't have any recipes memorized, but a dish that is good for what your looking for is homemade burritos. You take a soft tortilla, about a quarter can of black beans, and some pulled chicken (if it is more convenient for you, I recommend tyson) add some seasoning, and enjoy!
  • I'm not very focused in gaining strength myself, I'm focused more on cardio. I hope you achieve your goals soon! :D
