Quest Blanco cheese with grapes is incredibly delicious! I am in love with the garden fresh veggie sticks. Not to mention Turkey burgers, for some reason! P.S, during TOM I'm constantly craving Mac n cheese for some reason!

I never eat dessert so I can't really relate... But it seems like you just need to get out of the mindset of 'I must eat dessert because reasons.' Get into the habit of doing something else after dinner... to replace the old habit.

I think it is because when popped it takes up more space then the tiny kernel, so your eating less kernels per cup. Did I get this right? Seems like the theory that makes the most sense.

It's not at the top of my list. It's very low actually. I don't expect or even strive for perfection. I just want to live healthy and I can do this without worrying about what's organic and not organic. I don't have hundreds of dollars to waste, either. That plays a big part.

Actually I'm about twelve pounds from my goal weight... I just change it whenever I complete my little 'on the way there' goals. But I get your point.

I have one goal: Walking-110 miles Last month I did 99.1 according to my accupedo pedometer. This was in about three weeks, so I'm sure I'll knock this out of the water. I am pretty new at this. I usually have more common sense and assume correctly. I'm only human. I didn't know I wasn't allowed to make mistakes or be a bit ignorant once in a while. No need to be sarcastic.

Thanks everybody! I will try your suggestions! As you can tell, I really didn't know what I was doing (or, more accurately, what I was thinking about doing.) I never tried to lose weight or get toned before this.

One day won't make you gain weight unless you eat 3500 cals over maintenance. And popcorn is actually not a bad snack. One milkshake won't kill you.

Update, please? My birthday is November 19, and I hope it's possible to lose that 16 pounds I still have to lose. Currently I have lost 15.8 pounds, my overall goal was to lose 32. I am petite (5'1") so my goal is 100 pounds.
