Yesterday I got back in the pool for the first time in two years, and I'm a runner. Let me tell you. Grab a kickboard and do laps holding onto it and just using your legs. It's basically the same workout as running.

When people leave food/napkins in dishes that they put in the sink. JUST THROW IT AWAY, OH MY GOD

I drink a lot of water and go for a run to alleviate any crapping guilty feelings, then just continue as normal :)

I'm actually of the more unpopular opinion here. I've seriously hurt myself doing burpees (and I'm in the military!) before and I don't think they're a good form of punishment at all. If a teacher had tried to physically punish me with an exercise like that in high school, I would have hauled my happy rear to the…

I make my coffee with protein shake as creamer and Stevia as sweetener. It takes a little getting used to, but then coffee turns into a non-guilty thing, haha.

I want a 100 on my PT test by September. This involves dropping 3.5 minutes off my run time.

Well... I'm in the military... and my diet includes a lot of Redbull and coffee. Same?

As someone married, I just kind of kick back and observe all the stuff that goes on and laugh.

I'm planning it now. It's going to be a massive multicolored octopus.

Skip the first day and roll around in bed moaning, then continue as normal for the other five or so

I ate an entire box of chocolate-covered peanut butter granola bars in about ten minutes last night. It was my reason for reactivating MFP.
