Your butt is gonna hurt. Badly. It will feel like your bones are bruised and like you never wanna go back. If you keep going to class, that feeling goes away.

I have the Blaze, which has both the heart rate, sleep monitoring, and GPS functions. I LOVE it. I have bands that I swap out for work and exercise and fancier stuff. Well worth the investment to me. It's definitely interesting to track your activity, whether it just be steps, active minutes, heart rate trends, sleep…

Go over a little and plan better for tomorrow.

Carb flu is real. Sugar withdrawal is real. Happens to me every time I do a Whole30.
-
Military makes you get them every year. Since joining almost five years ago, I've had the flu once. I think that's pretty good, considering I had the flu probably every year of my life until I was 20. I've gotten both dead virus and live nasal. Worth it if it even semi-reduces the chance of me vomiting myself for 36 hours…

So my diary has always been open (was active 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 on and off) and I've never once had someone get in my grill about what I log. Maybe that's just me, though.

All of my daily condiments, vitamins, herbs and coffee creamer can add up to 250+ calories, so yeeees! I track them.

Not a run runner, but I am a Hasher! (beer runner... basically) HYE drank an entire bottle of liquor by yourself?
-
No, but I fear it every day. HYE failed to return a library book so long that you just kept it?

Have you considered ghee? It's clarified butter (basically with the dairy parts removed.) I'm lactose-intolerant and I like it. I also can't eat a baked potato plain... yuck.

Am I the only one?

I might consider asking about thyroid conditions if you're having trouble putting on weight.

Big-ish US 8 just trying to get to a US 6.

This is just two cents from me, but this happens to me when I eat stuff with dairy. Turns out I'm basically lactose intolerant. Maybe look into food allergies or intolerances.

PB2 (powdered peanut butter) is my go-to for anything that needs peanut butter flavor, but not actual peanut butter. It's way less damaging to the calorie goals ;D IE, I'd never use it on toast, but it goes in all ma protein smoothies. It's pretty nifty.

When training for the military, I couldn't do one either. I had never been able to do even one. I don't know what magic happened. I just did calisthenics workouts and knee push-ups every single day until I could do about 30. Then, I could do about one "real" push-up. From there, over a few months, I pushed it out to three,…

I woke up at 6 pm, went to my birthday dinner, came home and fell asleep during normal-people hours. Oh, no. My schedule! Hahaha.

In 21 pounds I went from an 8 US to a large 4 US. So like 1.75 sizes in 21 pounds. It doesn't seem like much, haha.
-
I literally went out of my way to buy a bag for my house. Hahaha. So far I've eaten 6 Almond Joys... they will not be my last.
-
149 pounds. Haha.

Run time, push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups are the only things you really need to worry about. I did the 30 Day Shred before shipping out and I was fine. Push-ups, though, the only thing that made those better was doing as many as I could every day.

I don't actually take whey because the lactose makes me.. um... upset. Haha. I take egg white protein or some frou-frou vegan protein like Vega.
