I find myself in a quandary. One doctor says I need to eat a low cholesterol low fat diet. The other doctor said I should eat a low carb diet. So that means I'm eating low fat, low carb, low cholesterol. I have no clue? I know I don't feel good. Any words of wisdom?

I understand. My husband can say "I need to lose weight" and instantly drop 20 lbs. I have a new theory. At might, it jumps off him and sticks to me!

Congratulations! That happened to me once before. It was so nice because I have a hard time finding shoes due to a very high instep. I was able to walk into a shoe store and walk out with a pair of shoes. I didn't have to watch for UPS or FedEx. I am so happy for you.
