To stay with eating healthy I think passes here and there are fine as long as they aren't habits and consistent. I usually allow myself to eat 1 of my favorite non-healthy foods at least once a week (within reason). Allowing yourself to have a sweet or whatever during that week is fine. Being too uptight with weight loss…

Yep! Every few months I take photos of my body from different angles so I can see if they're are any changes. I always encourage people to take photos if they're trying to lose weight or gain weight/muscle. It's the best motivation!
