The sugar in fruit is different than the added sugar in foods and drinks..It doesn't effect your blood sugar levels like the others...Me I rely on the glycemic index for my foods and fruits (a couple are high) are on the lower end of scale

12 hour shift for last 13 years...2 days then 2 nights...lately I have been making sure to hit my 10000 step pedometer goal and force myself to gym everyday

Yes they do suck...I stayed at a 45 pound loss since Christmas..just recently breaking through...stepped up logging all my food...reaching my goal.of 10000 steps a day on top of 30 min cardio at gym everyday
