I hear ya on that. I am pretty much the same way. My goal is for 30-35 pounds and see how I feel about that. But I'm more going for what I feel comfortable with for now and continue from there. Keep going for your goal! But all in all go for what makes you the happiest. Best of luck to you. :)

Hi all! I'm new to this. Need some motivation and support. I have tried dieting to lose weight and start of pretty well but then I lose my motivation and just stop completely. Don't want to keep repeating the same thing. Add me and help me reach my goal. And I will do the same for everyone else :D lets do this!
